Welcome! I am Meryl Picard. I'm a dedicated wife, mother of three boys, and an enrolled member of the Bishop Paiute Tribe in Bishop, CA. With a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Montana, I have developed a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to working with Native American communities.
Throughout my career, I have been focused on empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
